With a background in restructuring and insolvency in one of the world's largest law firms and an MBA candidate to one of the world’s highest ranked business schools, Ryan has further led a team of lawyers in Israel in providing commercial results across a wide range of matters ranging from employment and labour disputes, IT and SaaS agreements, construction disputes, and funds and regulatory matters (KYC/AML/CTF). Ryan consults with businesses against their competitive landscape and advises on how logical tweaks can maximise profits, while advising businesses on ways to protect businesses from common risks that can pose significant challenges down the track if left unchecked.

Shameem is a project managing powerhouse, and has invaluable experience dealing with challenging construction, building and renovation engagements from managing the RFP and tendering process to executing and project managing contractors and subcontractors on behalf of Principals. With large-project international experience in Israel and Vanuatu, Shameem knows how to adjust to cultural differences both on and off site. A strong negotiator, Shameem knows how to protect client interests through all stages of a D&C project and understands the common risks relating to the building and construction sector and how best to navigate them. He's an asset to any building project and isn't afraid of getting the hard hat on and getting his hands dirty, either.

A senior digital strategist with experience working in one of the world’s largest advertising agencies, in-house in one of Australia’s largest private health services companies, and across countries, Gemma is a Spanish-speaking, winning-pitch-creating click-to-conversions specialist with an understanding of small and big business needs. She’ll identify your target market, demographic, conduct competitor analyses and provide innovative strategies to make your business the first your target market sees. BSc-Psy BHlth

With a degree in public health and psychology, experience in a US-owned private cancer-diagnostics company, an advocate for a cancer awareness NGO, experience working with Tibetan refugees in Sydney and providing first-level support for female health, spending a year abroad with the Australian Government developing capabilities in Samoa’s Ministry of Health and their Cancer Society, and developing expat-programs whilst in Israel, Cat is a well-travelled and culturally sensitive public-health professional who understands patient experience and how to build effective health promotion programs. With a Masters degree in Communications and Development, Miad has experience advising on policy issues in East Timor, managing executive matters in Israel, writing and editing publications and journal articles, and quality-controlling public policy statements before they go to print or release. Miad thinks differently to most, and sees the grey where others only see the black or white. He's a valuable asset to any public-relations team or policy consultations, and has a strong and ethical work ethic making him a valuable contributor to SME or public body strategy deliberations. With an MBA focused on Strategy and a BA in Communication, Will is a passionate strategist with vast experience developing and implementing strategies using technology to improve operational efficiency.  He brings vast experience across multiple verticals including manufacturing and transportation working on projects with hundreds of businesses from small regional businesses to global Fortune 50 companies.

Roberto Marseglia is Zed’s most impressive systems, processes and operational innovations guru it has ever worked with. When he’s not consulting Zed clients, he’s an Innovation Manager at Daat Consulting — a leading Italian-based consultancy active in the digital transformation and in the exploitation of new opportunities enabled by artificial intelligence. His consulting experience comes after a period of acting as Visiting Scholar at the Mesabh Lab (College of Chemistry, UC Berkeley) and a doctorate in automatic engineering at the University of Pavia and at the Braatz Group, ChemE Dept., MIT (Cambridge, MA). He currently lives in Milan (Italy), and is an active on national and international Zed and Daat clients.
